In The Unlikely Event That Your Product Has Been Damaged In Transit, Please Send A Picture Of The Damaged Product Within 48 Hours Of Receipt Of The Product To or  Whats app Number.

Once You Courier The Product Back To Us We Shall Immediately Send You The Replacement.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

It is our endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible hence we permit returns and exchanges within 7 business days of receiving the package but only in case of the following reasons. No other requests will be entertained aside from those mentioned below.

2) Wrong product received
3) Damaged product received

Our Products Sometimes May Have Some Black Or Green Spots And Sharp Edges. Edges Are Automatically Smooth After Wash 2-3 Times With Scotch Brite . Please Note That These Products Are Not Damaged. Bronze Oxidizes In The Air And Has A Propensity To Turn Black. This Is A Natural Process And It Could Be Cleaned With Any Metal Cleaning Agent Or With Natural Cleaners Like Lime & Salt, Vinegar Or Salt Or Tamarind.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
